This weighing control instrument was developed for automatic checkweigher sorting control systems. Application modes are selectable: "Rejection Mode [Lower Limit/Qualified/Upper Limit]" and "Weight Zoning Mode [3-18 zones]". Supply/checkweighing/sorting conveyor control methods can be selected: DO switch start/stop, PWM speed control, and AO [0-10V] speed control.
- Various sizes of touch screens or metal housings are available.
- Rich and flexible human-machine interface with multilingual support including Chinese and English.
- Features manual screen lock/unlock, automatic screen lock, digital setting, digital calibration, and I/O testing functions.
- Features power-on zeroing, automatic zero tracking, manual/automatic zeroing, and zero calibration functions.
- Features static calibration and dynamic compensation functions.
- DI function for "checkweighing photoelectric identification" can be defined to identify the items to be checked entering the weighing platform.
- Checkweighing modes are selectable: "Dynamic Checkweighing Mode" and "Static Checkweighing Mode".
- 3-18 sorting zones are selectable for batch counting, weight accumulation, and DO output.
- 100 sets of recipes can be stored for selection during checkweighing/sorting.
- Can automatically print current batch records.
- Can query/print historical batch records, cumulative reports, and recipe tables.
