The BST100-E81 is a 24V DC belt scale weighing control instrument developed for belt conveyor batching (constant flow batching control/constant weight batch control). It features comprehensive functions, simple operation, strong anti-interference capability, is suitable for complex industrial environments, and can be widely used in metallurgy, grain, sand fields, mining, cement, and other industries.
- 128×64 dot matrix, 7-color backlight LCD display screen, English/Chinese display.
- It adopts a unique anti-vibration filtering algorithm to ensure the stability and accuracy of weighing results when the scale body vibrates strongly, as well as the rapid response capability during weight changes.
- It has automatic encryption, key encryption, key decryption, digital setting, digital calibration, and interface testing functions.
- Automatic tare (automatic zero tracking), speed calibration, and belt length calibration functions.
- It has a fast and stable PID quantitative batching control function.
- The feeder and belt scale can be started and stopped via DI&DO switch control.
- Rich and complete peripheral interfaces, and interface functions [AO/DI/DO] are definable for user convenience.
- Different communication interfaces are optional, external host computers, LED remote displays, serial printers, and wireless communication devices can be connected, supporting multiple communication protocols.
- Production data for the past year (shift/day/month) can be queried and printed.
